Looks/sounds very interesting. I immidiantely got a little nostalgic feeling accually when I saw this. A game I used to play when I was a kid, the Space Quest saga. It looks like it can have an air of silliness and humor like that game but of course that's just the first thing that ran through my mind when I saw it...

Sounds like fun. The conceptart looks good, also the ones on the site. Sometimes I find the traditionally drawn concept art even better than what it accually becomes in 3D animation or for instance in a live-action film. But that doesn't matter...

Good luck with the project!

Well the plan is to make the animation look better than the concept art, haha. Lets hope atleast. The marine model will be up soon for viewing.

Sorry to disappoint about the humour but there really won't be any short of weird decals and words on the marines armour.

There's another update on the site. The marine is modeled. Check out more pictures at

A quick note, the marines arms look WAY to long unless thats what you are aiming for.

Good mod and texturing.

Is not a happy end?! :p
Good continuation in ur work, i'm waiting for more!

The arms may be exageratted, however they will allow for great movement possibilities considering he has to get around a bit of armour. I'm in the process of animating the first few shots with him and boy am I glad he has long arms.

And no it really is not a happy ending at all  , hehe.

yeah, seriously. those arms are way too long. it looks like you took them off the demon character and put them on the marine... or vice versa.

I completely agree about the arm length. WAY to long. So I've done something about it check out the comparison pics below. Thanks for the feedback
