Welcome! :) I'm really glad to see you've started a thread here! :) You have some nice observational skills, and I know that since you're quite young, you have a lot of time in which to improve and to explore different methods of drawing and painting. I think it's a good idea to stick to traditional as you will learn a great deal from working traditionally ~ when working digitally, it is too easy to make changes and you don't learn as much even if your results are faster.
Looking forward to seeing much more work from you! I encourage you to participate in the Workshop:
Anatomy Lesson Series: Body Part 1 - The Head (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=375031&page=1&pp=35)
You don't have to do 50 heads in 1 month (that's really a college level assignment, and a tough one at that), but you are more than welcome to use the Reference images provided at the beginning of the thread and to do Master Copies at your own pace. :)
It would be nice if you could tell us a bit about your art training and background. :)
