Well let me give you some of my first thoughts... the sky image is very noisy and seems like it was taken on a lower quality camera, I would recommend using a different sky or making your own. The coloring and lighting of the buildings compared to that sky shows a varitaion of time of day. for example you have a sunset sky and buildings that have afternoon shadows. They should have long shadows because the focal light is near the horizon. The color is should be orange as well, it currently is yellow on the buildings. One small detail that is helpful to integrate sky is light blooms... when this picture is shot with this lighting on a real camera there is a sublte overlap or blur of sky colors onto the edges of the foreground objects. Try a soft brush with a sky color and paint a very subtle glow around the edge of your original building plate.

long shadows! thats a very good point forgot about that, that would make alot of sense. tried to do a color match to orange but definatley needs to be alot more orange as opposed to yellow, do you thing a glow effect ont he buildlings on the right would be a good idea, similar to what u see on office buildings maybe?

regardless ill get working on it this weekend.

Yes a reflection flare on the building to the right would be great, you can do this in photoshop by taking a regular soft round brush and switching it to color dodge mode, then select the sky color and edit the color in the color picker window by dropping it straight down so its about 1/4 of the way up from the bottom of the picker. then lightly glaze the brush over the windows.
