View Full Version : P-flow Material Frequency Works in Vewport

Ok, i can get the Material Frequency to work in the viewport, but when I render it just renders the mat #1 on all the particles. I'm using Vray for the render engine (don't think thats the problem), and im using "separate particles for group members". I could really use this feature right now, and I'm going to have to make separate mesh with different materials on them and just add them to the group. This does not give me the control that I would like to have.

Also, is there a way to have P-flow emit different shapes based on a gray scale? I know that you can have it cut on and off based on a gray scale, but I would like to have different objects emit on a based one a % of gray. I'm having to make a bunch of underlying shapes that do what I would like to be able to get done with just a gradient.

Who knows, it maybe be able to be done.

Thanks you guys, you have all help me tremendously,
