hello, first of all, good job on the animation, I think the emotion goes quite well with the motion. However, one thing I can't make out is the style of the animation, is it suppose to be realistic? or cartoony? or mix in between? if it's realistic, it would be nice to add more "follow-though" and "secondary action" and "arc" to the first character after he pointed out his finger and said "if he's gone?" because some part of the body seems a bit stiff. I really do think you have very good sense of timing, I like the last pose when he said "is he?", the timing and post are awsome :) keep up good works

Hi James.
Off to a nice start. I saw a few things I thought I would comment on. The first pose when the brown character points at the camera - should probably still bend the arm out at the shoulder and then again at the elbow and get a nice silhouette. That would read better. Also a lot of it seems to be floating. Have them stick their poses and give the arms and other body parts some ease in and ease out. You can really see it on the blue guys arms at the end. The speed is consistent through almost the entire motion.
Hope that helps a little.

Here is another update with some suggestions added. I tried changing the tempo and added some other small actions like a fist when he realized the blue character starts talking. I also tried cleaning up the lip synching. I am still adding to this one and trying new things, so here it is:

I have another update for everyone. I tried smoothing out some of the movement by adding some arcs. It can be found at:
