I am making a walk cycle but the last few frames before each keyframe the knee snaps, anyone know how to fix this prob?

that snaps caused by your ik so basically don't pull it out so far, but at the stage your at in the animation it almost has to do this because your foot roll isn't animated.

The knee is too straight as it goes back then bends when going forward. I know Captain Obvious... I would recomend more keyframes, looks like you have only two in this shuffle walk. Try putting one in the middle that lifts the foot up as it goes forward, this way the knee will bend while it is back and should nt pop.
