I'm searching for a plugin, or a maxscript for Max 8, which would allow me to bake the stencil shadow into the geometry.
Or if this function exist in Max (Which I didn't find) it would be even better.

Can you be a little more specific? I'm not sure what you mean. You can bake lighting into the texture with Render to Texture, but if you want it actually modelled into the geometry, you may need to use Procutter or the less friendly shapemerge.

Yeah, I want it to be merge into geometry.
Like rendering the stencil shadow, then importing the geometry created in the video buffer in your model.
Maybe you could render out the shadow and apply that as a displace modifier on an plane, then lift or lower the shadow portion a bit and cut the rest with a slice modifier, won't give you very clean edges though, also would require a high dense mesh for the shadow object.
