Is there a way to "normalize a curve in xsi. Like you have knots on exact distance from each other. Like a rebuild.

If I understand you correctly, the best method I know is to animate a null along the curve at a constant speed and then plot its animation. I have a script for that, if you're interested.

I found this script somewhile ago,and it's been very usefull...
It doesn't have UI..but it has options that you can choose.

paste the script into the script editor.
select the curve
read the first lines of the script,there you can find some options for the curve's generation
change the options in the script,accordingly.
and hit run.

It should then generate a curve in which every point is equidistant.

thanks that script made normalizing fast. I also figured out animating a null along a curve and then plotting it, like you guys said. One thing that is pretty cool is to animate some geometry along a path, roll it along z, tag some points, start plotting curves. Good way for making wires. Thanks again for the script
