hey marlon welcome and great job , very very proffesional, it would be great if you can post a higer imager of the matte painting you used, just to see the details and how you cloned the seamless texture or how you did it ?

Glad you liked it james. I'd love to upload a higher res version but i am really short on webspace right now. I do have another fx shot though. This one was a bitch to color correct :(

space: glad you like them, the mattes were done in photoshop and composited in after effects. i'd say the matte took about 3-5 hours, while the composite took another couple hours.

elnady: nope, i'm "only" directing, DP'ing, editing, doing visual effects, sound, etc...haha

its a combination of very rough roto and luma key. each scene took about an hour to composite.
