Thank you slickgreekgeo! yes i think i will do some color corrections in the end but I agree with you, deeper shadows. especially on the neck.

Proportions and the lips are fixed and finally I added the shades. time to sleep now:) (

here we go. I think im finished know, tough the nose could need some more work but i think it will do for now. I'll think about it in my next piece instead:)
Not to happy with the background but i wanted some more then just a white background (it's suposed to be a mugshot). (

i like the concept, simple but diferent. the first thing that jumps out at me is the bridge of her nose seems unnaturally wide. your colours are working well but everything looks pasted together. you need some more interaction wih deeper shadows between the skin and clothes. especially with the glasses as they look like they are floating. you've got some excellent texture in the hair, but again, there needs to be some interaction with the forehead. also the face in general could use some more highlights.

Thank you escapizm for the c&c! yeah her nose is definitely to wide. I think it is the lack of shadow that will make it look unrealistic. oh i didnt noticed the shades but when you say it I agree with you, they are floating.
Well next time I will use some more shadows/contrast, however this was one of my first digital painting and I got to say it was really fun to draw and i have learn to use my tablet better now :]
