Anyone know of some good tutorials on ik/fk blending?

Use two copies of the original that are orient constraine the "real chain" one is fk and one is ik. Make a custom attribute that is a blender and inversely animate via set driven or expression the w0 and w1 of the orient constraints and it will move nicely between the two poses, finally if you have a pop, try no flip or shortest on the constraints..

Thanks guys, but I was wondering more about the IK/FK blend feature in Maya that uses 1 joint chain.
