I applied rigid bind to a model and look what happens when I rotate one of the joints
Please help.

looks like you have to edit the membership of the joints. could you please be more specific what you did ? is it just a default skinning ? is it possible to edit the membership ? do you have combined smooth and rigid skinning, so that editing is blocked ?

I guess you are talking about the little dent below the arm?

Select the deformed vertices, open Component Editor and set your joints influence to 0, that way they wont be deformed by your arm joint.

Was that your question? If yes, then please be a little more specific, because although a screenshot is a great help, some words describing the details are very helpful as well.
