First of all, I am new here (and that's the reason why you haven't seen my here before).
I started working on a RIG for a character (using Maya) a couple of weeks ago. I've used Blendshapes to deform the muscles and then I set driven keys to control those deformations using the bones.
This meas a lot of work because I've seen myself in the need to setup driven keys for every deformed muscle.
I was wondering if there was a more "straight-forward" way to do this?
Or should I stick with the blendshapes?
I should mention I know nothing about MEL right now so I cannot write a "custom plugin" :rolleyes:
