Looks more as a traditional country dancer from Rumunia.
Edges, everything is bad.

aww come on how would i know wut a traditional country dancer from rumunia looks like hahaha . i just tried making a slightly middle aged man with some red cap . :)

I agree with Nedim_S on this one.
The face geometry looks strange, and the texture is too obviously mirrored. The nostrils have too much definition underneath and not enough on the sides, and the lips could use some more attention to shading. The teen mustache has to go. His ears do not look very realistic. Please get some ref material, it will help you (I know it helps me, why do human ears have to be so damned weird lookin'?). There is no shading under the brim of his hat, which, unless he is supposed to be underlit, looks weird.

His arms look very low poly and could use a few more, and the texture is very bright. The cloth could use a little shading to show that its tightly tucked in. Maybe it would pass if the camera doesn't get too close to him. :D
