This is a model I did some time ago, I never really got round to showing it on the web, so here you go. There are a few problems with the model, i.e. the head is too small and the guns are the wrong shape, If I ever get the time I might go back and fix them.

Here is radiosity render just so you can see the details a little better

suggestions welcome

I made it using lightwave 6, I think it was the first model I made after upgrading from 5.6.

are you Jason Busby's brother by chance? heheh cause yourwork really shines, I love the mech, needs more rust and debris but.... what renderer?

I used lightwave 6 with a radiosity dome for ambient illumination, and a high intensity spotlight for the sun. It was just the normal lightwave render engine.

Gotta love Ed-209 from the original Robocop. The ultimate bulldog guard for defense on the street.

Looks very clean on the legs and arms. What about the backside? Should show that off too.

Got him rigged to animate too?

hmm...that looks excatly like the one that can be downloaded from Sci-Fi3d...look at this picture...but the guns and vent are different those look good

the mech looks pretty neat...but it looks to be toy-sized with the DOF
