Is there a quick way to solve this? Or would I just have to model half, duplicate n inverse it, weld vertices, and than call symmetry on again if I chose to work with just transformations?
Btw - Here's a tip for the new weld vertices tool in XSI 2.0. Hit M to go into points mode, and then hold down ALT and click n drag a point over to another and it will automatically weld them together! Awesome tool, thanks softimage.
