Hi, I'm working on a female character for practice. It's pretty much a generic female model for the time being.
Any suggestions and comments will be appreciated.

the breast are too close together.

did you use z brush for the bust or just a bump?

it looks nice modeling wise though.

Excellent head model, I'd love to see the wires!

One thing I've noticed is that you've made her face quite long. This is not unrealistic, but you could shorten her face a bit... if you wanted. It might make her look younger and more feminine. Just a thought

Keep up the great work!!!

Hi, there's only a bump map on the face.
I also uploaded a wireframe shot.
Uh, I made some little modifications to the face.

Hey thanks. I didn't really get that much more work done on this model, but I tweaked the shape of the face a tad, and I made some better quality renders.

One curious thing I noticed about the (Mental Ray) renderer settings was that at anti aliasing level 0-3, the various maps look quite blurry and particularly the bump map looks horribly blotchy. At 1-3 everything looks alright. At 2-3 the maps look a tad sharper and more hi-res.
Between any of these 3 settings there doesn't seem to be much difference in the smoothness of the edges however. I wonder if this is normal behaviour? Anyway, I took some renders at 2-3 and posted them below.

Love the model but the skin feels a bit icky-vicky.... Perhaps too plastic.... then again... who am I to judge!
