Is there going to be a building attached to said roof? What's your animation about? It's easier to give crits if you give us more details. Looks like a nice and very detailed roof though. :)

i think it looks great! :)

the texturing work is awesome, great job =)

great roof. Lighting and texturing are great. Now it needs an equally detailed (and styled) building to go underneath.

Really really good, it seems a Lightwave render, isn't it?

love the texture. Can't tell if the shingles are geometry or if you did most of it on a wavy mesh and painted the shingles.

Good Work

Almost perfect roof :)

very, very, very good!

the only thing i would say is that the shingles (is this the name of each individual piece?) look as sheets of paper or cardboard because they are (IMHO) too thin. besides that, GRRRRREEEEEAAAT!!!!!!

Lovely, I cant say anything more.

Thanks you all...

The shingk shingles are individual, everyone is a mesh. Im
making the building, it will be a house made of mud. Here in
Brazil we have this kind of house in the north. The animation
that we are doing is a short film, that passes on the north
east of Brazil, but we are still beginig it. Ive rendered it
in Max5, just with skylight, and 250 samples. As soon as
possible ill post the whole house. We are working it.

Thanks for the comments!!
