That's incredible, what settings did you use for the water material? It's so real!

This image badly needs some atmosphere... some normal fog for the haze, and maybe even some volumetric fog above the water.

Also, the rocks are to low-poly; and adding some rim lights on them would look nice.

But otherwise it looks good.

Did you modelled the trees from plain 3dsmax, or with plugins?
I think some atmosphere effects is good for the realism.

the secret of the water is the so much of thing that it reflect and it refracts.
use bump map, high level of specular etc... you will find some tutorial around the net :D

the sharp rock in low poly, I left like this her because it was really better,
the smooth destroyed the texture :(

the trees done by plugin and imported of several places

I agree that the image needs some atmosphere, and a background. Behind the trees and brush there's nothing. Almost as if we're looking at the edge of a cliff. a bit of fog would help fill that in. Still a nice render :)
