Hey guys, I am new to cgtalk. A few months ago I finished my first Demo Reel, now I am thinking of adding more content to it. Job market seems tough. Anyway I was hoping to get some constructive criticism on my Reel. I am trying to focus on environment modeling and texturing for games and such. Are there things that I need to show that I am not?

-The animation of the crane is too fast, and it's sway looks fake.
-As for the character, the ratios aren't good. The arms seem to be too long. You need to study more about anatomy and look at modeled characters.
