Hi my problem is that my exported displacement bitmap seems all shreaded. it's like many tris with lines between them. What am i doing wrong? Any help?

Check the UVmap under Tools->Texture you can change the UV coordinates.

Try to assign a GUV or AUV map(Play with the "AUV Ratio" setting here to get a better UV Layout). With "UV>Txr" or "UV Check" you can check how the UVs are layed out and if there is any overlapping.

can you post an image of your map and of your UV layout?

As Beanmaster pointed out you can first go to Tool:Texture and click UV Check. If there is any red this means that you have overlapping UVs which will create problems as you are describing.
