To inform not give medical advice (unless you're a medical professional)... a place for resources and discussion... and steer people toward recognising problems and getting help.
I think we all can understand how the CG industry can be physically and emotionally draining at times... There is definitely a tendency to work longer and push ourselves beyond what's good for us.

there are already some great threads but you really have to dig for them (it would be a great place to consolidate them...) .. why I think it should be its own forum or UBER STICKY is simply to keep it in people's consciousness





I'm not sure how constantly active it might be as a forum but maybe it's a sticky thing...

I can also understand where maybe this should just stay as is... I guess I want people who aren't aware to be informed
