wow... that's pretty cool... but the pot and the table spoil the scene... :shrug:

the leaves are OK, but the shadowing looks really weak, should work on that

Need to learn how to use Depth of Field.
The .hdr is ruining your render.
The plant is beautiful but the backdrop looks like a bunch rusted steel in a junkyard.
Need to blur the backdrop a little bit at least.
The pot is too luminous,need to drop the diffuse down 20-30% more.
The table is really cutting a knife through the middle of the render with that sharp edge and the dull one tone color.
even uder this intense lighting the should be some falloff to the color gradients.
Nothing in the real world is that plain colored except maybe in a hospital or somewhere where they have too many flouresent lights.

I agree with others. It almost looks as thought the stereotypical cell renders (You know with a self illumination falloff on everything) But below that is what does kill the scene, granted i think you didnt put much time into that as compared to the leaves. The texture in the background is also too low in resolution and your getting blocky textures.

It alsmot seems like the leaves have been inverted, and i say this because the normal parts that should be darker (The veins) they are lighter then the actual surface of the leaves. And then it seems because of the overexposure i bet, that there isnt any shadows cast from leaf to leaf. Keep it up though, from what i see the textures on the leaves is very nice.
