Pretty Cool. The lighting is kinda nice. Get rid of the spotlight with the fog and the sparkles they're very distracting to the eye. In my own opinion. The placement of the hotspot is very distraticting it keeps on pulling the eye away from the model. So maybe just move the hot spot more towards the back of the model. So the it guides your eye.

your water looks dodgy. Kinda to flat or something. i dunno.

yeah, i would try to bring the viewer attention to the excellent modeling of the castles. i also don't like the sparkle light things.

cool castle and great texturing, but i agree with the others about the water, looks flat and pales in comparison to the rest of the image.

Excellent model and scene, but you have a major error with your lighting. You got the tone/colors right, but look where the sun pours from the clouds (note the volumetric beam) and then look how the light strikes your models...from a completely different location from the left. This also results in incorrect shadows, especially from the architecture shadows on the water's surface.
An excellent start to a very nice scene, otherwise. Get to it, I want to see it completed.:buttrock:

wow, castle looks very good :)
but i would change the water to make it more lifelike.. it just doesn't seem to look right.. too flat...
i too agree w/ the sparkles... i think they gotta go.. it constantly catches my eye and takes it away from everything else...
