here is a soldier that I have been working on for a little bit. The model 2414 tris with a normal map added to it. I use zbrush and max for the model and photoshop for the texture. Please crits very welcome I need all the input I can get.

it looks pretty cool with such a low poly count :applause: , it would really help for people to crits if you can post a wireframe of the model !

loving the fact that you turn of filtering on the textures, I personaly love the raw pixle look of textures.
Im not sure I'd go with that fan under his bum, I'd prolly keep the edge from the back thigh.
And what are the colorful things on the back of his head? They seem to be eating polygons (that could have been used to kill that fan) and I can't really tell what they are - of if I like them at all.

you can optimize your gun more ;)
you can loose polys from the hand hold ?! (or whatever the name is)
and, fix the 5 sided polys (as far i can see)
