the brief is to model ourselves in no more than 2000 triangles with 1 x 512 diffuse map. this is my additional 'fantasy' model which still has to sit within the technical restraints but can be a more creative rendition of ourselves.this model has been rigged aswel

Here I sat, all excited because I recognized your avatar from your last post- only to be disappointed when I found out you modeled yourself AGAIN!!:cry: I know most artists are in love with themselves, but how's about modeling something you dont see in the mirror everyday- THAT would be a fantasy character!!

As for the crit, it's a nice model- legs look like they could use some attention (they don't look as organic as the rest of the model), but overall nice job. Keep it up!


PS- Honestly, I've modeled myself about 3 times already too, lol.

thanks 4 the reply. i 2 am now bored of modelling myself but it is a 3D self portrait project for university thats why :) thankfully itl be all over and handed in by the end of the week!

Looks good for 2000 polys chap, Good rigging pose as well. keep it up! :cool:
