Here's a witch, done is zbrush. I generated an animation between her face and a Human face.

The model was done in around 1h30, based on nurenda model

I generated several morphs (for facial expresion) and on morph for the blend between the human to the witch. Its combined to a displacement and a bump blanding.

Great, great work!!

I particularly like the way the woman gives a little shake of her head as if the transformation is a little painfull for her. Top Notch!!

Love this Seb, I especially like the point where the witch just comes through & then reverts back to the original model, nice touch. I'm very disappointed you only have 2 replies here, I think that such good work deserves more...

Wow. That's impressive. Just great overall. I let it loop for about 10 minutes.

Also, I almost didn't look at this thread because the title suggested it was yet another displacement troubleshooting thread.

Very Nicely done. Did you set up the displacement morphing with the +/- Average node?

WOW! great work.

i would really like to know a bit more of your workflow on this one. -for example is it a blend between geo with displacemet and one without, or is it an animated displacement?
would also like to see the wire...

here's an simple picture explaining the different blending. I used Maya for its quick access to parameter linkage. I used blenders and layer shader, all linked to the morph, and I did a smal interface slider for easy controll and animation.

Very nice! Thanks for the diagram! I have a question if you are willing to answer it. With the same poly count, I create a high res displacement map in Z-brush on about Sub_7, When I use NormalDisplacement in Lightwave, there is not even a noticeable amount of the detail that I added in z-brush, Is there any way to get the crisp displacement and bump in lightwave like you done there? Thanks so much! :bowdown:

P.s That animation freaks me out heh! Good job!

This looks aweseome, I'm very impressed with the emotion expressed in the animation. You should create a tutorial for your work.
