I have modeld with blender for some time now, but havent done eny humans before, so i got this question.
What is the best way to make eyelashes? Becouse i tried and tried, nothing came out good. There are lots of fine human models with blender, but there isnt any tutorial about the eyelashes or eyebrows, only basic modeling, hair and eyes.

So, if someone could point out some tips and tricks, how is it easyer to do these, i would be very happy, becouse i realy wanna finish this charakter, that i am working on.:)

Eyelashes are (usually) just a wide polys with "clipping" texture (alpha=0,specularity=0 in between each hair, alpha=255 spec=(as needed) on actual hairs) and ZTransp.

Not bad at all.

I'd use a higher-rez texture for the eyelashes, and maybe make them a little thinner and perhaps make more of them.

Nice character too. Kind of looks like that chick that sings "Sk8ter Boy." Tiny bit of lumpiness underneath the bottom lip at its sides.

edit: Oh, and eyelashes curve. Yours seem fairly straight.
