View Full Version : weird square spots in objects with misss fast simple

This object has a Misss_fast_simple_maya Shader. There are several lights lighting it from the back and the front, as well as final gather and Image based lighting. What bothers me are these grid-like spots on some parts of the render. I have tried different final gather values and different antialiasing sample levels and the squares always appear. Anybody knows what is causing it or how to fix it?

Are you sure the resolution of the lightmap is in x double time x render resolution and in y one time the y render resolution?
