Hey all:)
That's the model I'm currently working on. It's 3866 triangles, which is a bit under the 4000 tris budget I had set for myself. I decided to call the modelling finished and now it's on to the textures! Buuuuut... for some reason I'm not quite happy with the face. But then again, it may be because I've been staring at it for quite some time now...
So, feel free to help with some constructive critisism:)
Here are the wires of the characterr itself:
Here are the aforementioned wires accompanied by all the equipment I could think of (or almost...):
And here's what I've done with the textures so far:

Is very nice. Your right about the head. As a seprate mesh it looks more like the head of a burly human than a dwarf? I think the problem could be with the neck, is very thin under the chin, and stright. Possibly give his cheeks some puffy volume, cos they do like their ale.

Also the heads are different? On the whole these are minor points, it does look nice.

THe modeling is superb. I love the details U put in here. Texture is also cool but I think maybe it need a bit more contrast becouse U are loosing the details U put on it. I'm not sure U have light in there, maybe its too bright?
