I textured the rifle and thought I'd post it here. It's an Sten MK2 Rifle for the 1944 D-Day team. http://www.1944online.com... critiques are welcomed and appreciated!

looks good but its kinda hard to critique since the image is quite small.

Yeah it was a toss up on how to display it so I just put different scans together in one image. Here are some different scans, hope this is better. :)

Looks real nice! I dig the metal part of the texture. For my critique the texture on the stock of the gun could repeat a little better around the top of the stock. But Im thinking once its formatted and compressed and drawn in the engine you probably cant tell. Is this a first person model? what is your texture res.
Looks real good!!!

Looking good, is the spring an alpha or 3d? Cheers :D

requiem: The metal spring is geometry. I used alpha to create the holes in the barrel.

PMkobi: This is for a first person shooter for 1944 D-Day (http://www.1944online.com/). Texture res is 1024x1024 with two maps.

A bit of a nit, but I believe the Sten Mk II had a wire stock, not a wood stock. I might be wrong on that, tho.

The MKII has both... there were different styles to the MKII.
