This is a highpoly soldier/mercenary kind of guy I'm working on. No part of him is finished yet, even thoug the legs and boots are more or less completely finished, and the chest area is less finished. The shoudlerpads and helmet I started working with a few hors ago and they till have alot of work left on them. Any crits are welcome. Cheers/ Tor

Awesome man! Great details!:thumbsup: The knees look a little thin.

Nice model. Only crits are that it seems a little blocky, and the knees look a bit weak. He also looks like he needs more of a neck, but I could be wrong (and your working on that area).

THanks for the crits. Yeah, the knees look a bit weak at the moment, hopefully, that is easy to fix :-) Yeah, it looks like he has no neck, but I modelled the helmet on top of a human head, so it's where it's supposed to be, it's just the armor that is very think. But I'm thinking of raising the head a tiny bit. The arms need alot of work though.

I Love the details on the armor.

The thing is.. it look like he doesn't have any shoulders. is seems like his arms are just sprouting from his sides.
other then that keep it up :scream:

I like the model alot, only thing is his chest and front of the his helmet seem to b abit flat looking, but that could b wat ur goin for, and i no the model isnt finished yet.. love the amount of detail, realy cool.. any chance of seeing a wireframe??

hehe... Well, about those shoulders. He has shoulders, it's just that they are kinda hidden under a couple of layers of armor ^^ The main armor is covering the shoulders, then on tp of that comes the shoulderpads.. so they are there.. somewhere below ;)

I'll see if I can make a wireframe.. but since it's so highpoly in it's smoothed state, it would be kind of useless, I think. Anyway, I have fixed the helmet a bit more, added details to the "jaw" (which isn't really a jaw, but anyway)

AH okay, I'd still love'd to see some wire's tho. :D
