i do not have any idea how to solve, but try to restart the application or reset it to default settings.
Hardware corruption fault, definately.
If it saves in the file it could be anything...ram, drive, cables, processor, motherboard, psu etc...if it doesnt then its video card/driver related.
Your machine is sick...start testing it very thoroughly.
