View Full Version : Bone weirdness

Got a really weird problem with some bones in Layout.

Got a bone (one amongst a whole heirarchy), that has a weight map assigned with 0 weighting, and use weight map only ticked. When I rotate the bone, my characters leg still moves perfectly (and one weird point in the hand).

Even worse, when I turn "Bone Active" off, and rotate the bone, the leg still moves (as does the hand point).

It's like the bone settings are being completely ignored. I've looked at bone shade weight view in layout, and it shows me that the suggested bone has no weighting applied.

Anyone come across this?
