Dear people,

How do I (without using Flashex) make a scene flatshaded? Can I do this with lighting or is it best to do this in the materials? I've created my textures in Illustrator, and now I want the exact colors to appear, with no highlights and no shadows...

In that case, put the textures in the luminance channel of your materials - that way they will look the same regardless of the lighting.

just place your textures in the luminance channel of materials and switch off the colour channel.

Thank you very much for your fast answer. After checking the manual, there's another thing I don't get. If after the x, y and z axis buttons I press the button to the right of it, global moving, scaling and rotating is not activated. The object is editable now. I'm really thinking about the logic behind this.
