09-08-2005, 09:18 AM
Hello guys, it's great to be back to the Cgsociety's challenges, and this time, to the most spectacular of them all, I'm sure!
Well, I dont have any idea for now, but I'll be back... I think! Good luck for all.
09-08-2005, 10:32 AM
Hi Claudio! Great to see you in this one - I have a feeling this theme should be right up your alley ... looking forward to see what you make of it!
09-09-2005, 05:29 PM
Ok, I guess I've found something to develop.
I'm gonna try to represent my vision of a spiritual-inner-manifestation, as if it was captured by a stroboscopic camera!
I fly high :) I know... I just hope not to fall in the middle.
I'll be back with a sketch.
09-09-2005, 08:01 PM
I hope you can understand! What do you think?
09-10-2005, 04:42 PM
Well, still sketching, but this time in 3D, searching for the right movement!
09-10-2005, 04:51 PM
spiritual-inner-manifestation captured by stroboscopic camera - the description is already spectacular
Really interesting concept - a bit hard to understand what you're going to do but I'll definitely be watching this! Good luck!
09-10-2005, 10:41 PM
Ok, lets models the head, I said!
Ufff, that's harder that I though!
Whaaaaat? I'm not use to it, ok!?
It's not finished, of course, but I'm not in the wrong way, right?
09-13-2005, 09:37 AM
Refining the head...
09-14-2005, 07:21 AM
So- the face is coming on really well I think. It looks a bit like a mask - is that your intention?
Perhaps it's the mask covering the inner self ... I'm really intrigued to see where this goes.
Feel like I'm spamming a bit on your thread here, Claudio :)
May I suggest you to place a link to the thread in your signature? It will be much easier to find you that way. :wavey:
09-14-2005, 10:11 AM
Hum! How could I never though about a signature?
Thank's Gunilla. :)
09-14-2005, 02:56 PM
Refining me... weel, not exactly, but anyway!
09-15-2005, 09:52 AM
Playing with my character in searching for a point of view and dynamics.
09-15-2005, 01:59 PM
The new concept sketch makes it much easier to see where you want to go with this... I can almost smell some of the mood from your GSO image here. Is it the bright and the dark side of the soul showing here?
keep going my friend :wavey:
09-15-2005, 03:19 PM
Interesting concept. It got me thinking are you going to model your figure nude also? I mean when your inner self comes out of your outer self is it still wearing clothes?
Anyways it is coming along nicely, cheers.
Claudio, nice concept and movement on the renders!
Boa sorte e um abraço!
09-15-2005, 04:35 PM
Well, you're right... I guess I can say that this one share the same mood of that GSO image.
As I said somewhere on that thread, I intended to do a movie about that idea, and guess what :) I'm doing it!
Not exactly about "The Hidden One" and he's return, but the main configuration that resembles to the Cross of Christ will be there.
And this new challenge came in handy to explore some visual effects for one of the two characters of the movie.
And you're right once again about the bright and dark soul aspect. That's exactly it!
I'm glad someone understood.
And thank you very much Gunilla for your great support, you were my only friend for a while :)
"It got me thinking are you going to model your figure nude also? I mean when your inner self comes out of your outer self is it still wearing clothes?"
That's a good question inded... I'm still thinking about that, but I guess it would'nt make no sense putting clothes in the Inner-self boby, it would seem kind of silly... just like Hulk shorts. :)
I'm more interest in showing a bean of light, but not like those in "Cocoon" remember?
Thank you very much for your comment.
Thanks Gus, I'm glad you liked.
I'm still trying to find the right movement of the arms, but I think it will be wider.
Boa sorte para ti tb, tens um trabalho muito bom.
09-15-2005, 04:49 PM
Hey - that's wonderful! I remember your ideas of turning it into a movie - good!
As soon as you got anything to show I'd love to see it - and it's really my pleasure hanging around your thread since I really like your unique and special work.
I'm glad you don't see me as a stalker :)
keep em coming, friend
09-15-2005, 08:18 PM
YEAH,ANOTHER NICE CONCEPT HERE!goodluck,mate!
09-16-2005, 08:00 AM
nice concept, really like your concept sketch :), waiting for the next picture ! good luck !
09-16-2005, 11:52 AM
Thank's a lot guys... a new update coming right up!
09-16-2005, 12:00 PM
I'm still trying to find the better perspective and movement of the arms, but I think it works better this way with the arms opened widely and stretched up.
09-16-2005, 01:33 PM
yeahhh, this is really attractivE,its somethig unique, and i cant wait till the final!
09-16-2005, 04:14 PM
Here's another possible approach.
09-16-2005, 09:11 PM
best of luck with your entry, my piece of advise if I may, maybe its not too early to think about your background since your main focus seems decided - just to have the all picture in mind...as go on
09-16-2005, 09:32 PM
beautiful concept. excellent idea :bounce:
09-17-2005, 02:35 AM
I see a wonderful concept in your challenge entry, the fluttering images are very beautiful! I will be reading your thread!
09-17-2005, 07:24 PM
aBlackEgg - Thanks man, I really appreciate your advice, you're absolutly right... the thing is, I still not sure :) I don't want to create a background, or any other elements that could in any form still the "spectacularety" of the character... I was thinking about a completly natural environment, like a bedroom or so... but I don't know yet.
If you have any suggestions... shoot :) thanks.
nadeym - Thank you very much.
Continuumx - Great to see you on my thread friend... I'll try not to disappoint you! Thanks.
09-17-2005, 07:34 PM
sorry for not dropping by!:banghead: really cool concept!good modeling and its getting better! and love the way renders look totaly cool and abstract in a way!
cheers and will keep looking out for more!
Hi claudio_jordao. I love the technic you are using. Looks COOL.
The last one have more style. I like the last one.
Keep going and good luck.
09-18-2005, 03:02 PM
Sorry, mate but I can't catch the idea.
09-19-2005, 09:51 AM
yunisirees - Hello... great to see you here, thank you very much for your comment... hope to see you more :)
2xbo - I'm glad you like it so far, thanks for your opinion mate.
suk-grigorij - "Sorry, mate but I can't catch the idea." - Hum! that's bad :( let me see if I can explain.
It all has to do with higher levels of meditation... once one arrives to that level, you spirit becomes a manifestation of light and flies out of your body ready to take you in subconscious discoverys and adventures... I'm not an expert, but I think it's something like this.
What this image represents, is the moment that this spirit is spreading out his arms, like an angel... preparing for that subconscious journey.
Well, I hope it helped you catch the idea, or at least, didn't make you loose your interest :)
09-19-2005, 01:34 PM
really great and so nice wing model . INTERESING .:D
09-19-2005, 04:39 PM
Now I get it. Nice, but are U sure, that all this is supposed to be so onesided. I mean, not every spirit may become manifestation of light. There is another side of the madal, U know. There can't be light without darkness.
09-20-2005, 08:46 AM
Claudio... I'm so sorry to forget your thread here... as usually... your way is very particular and your searching always terribly graphic... each picture is a masterpiece... very pleasant for our eyes... and our mind... your sensitive way is incomparable and really yours.
Don't change and give us more Spectacular things...
...good continuation mate
09-20-2005, 09:05 AM
Ramtin_moom - Thanks mate, I really appreciate it.
suk-grigorij - I'm glad I could explain myself :) You're absolutly right my friend... I was in fact thinking about that question, and I think I'm going to do a kind of a "battle" between the two halfs of the same spirit, one of light and the other of darkness.
Thank you very much friend.
Lemog - Hello... such an honor :) thank you for your kind words and great support my friend.
09-20-2005, 04:05 PM
Battle? Battle is GOOOOOOOD!
09-20-2005, 07:21 PM
Hello, here's an update of my Inner-Me, this time, caught in the middle of two opposite forces, Light and Darkness.
I want the ambience to be very minimal, and that's still bodering me... I have to think about that!
This is not the light that I have in mind, but I felt like showing it to you as it is for now... I hope you like it.
09-21-2005, 08:22 AM
I don't know if the final image would be spectacular but you create some beautiful pictures. :applause:
09-21-2005, 08:34 AM
I agree! The last picture is pointing towards something really beautiful, I think. The glow is lovely - keep going
09-21-2005, 09:20 AM
Very interesting idea.
09-21-2005, 10:10 AM
Better than spectacular Claudio, and of the light born the spectacular move. G.R.E.A.T.
your lighting is incredible buddy!
09-21-2005, 02:38 PM
I anticipate something grandiose. It will be very interesting to observe of development of this work!
Hi claudio_jordao. Amazing Technic. I love it. Please keep posting. I'll keep 2 eyes in your work.
09-22-2005, 01:04 PM
Thanks a lot for your comments and suggestions guys... I'm trying to find some time to work on this, but it's getting very hard. I'll see what I can do :)
09-22-2005, 06:17 PM
I still like the sketches with the wings taking off. I think you should investigate the possibility of having your wings model doing that sort of thing somehow. Maybe translucent and glowing, with repeating iterations over top of the outer you?
But the new design has a lot of possibility too. Either way, lots of progress. cheers
09-23-2005, 07:04 PM
Finally I found some time to update my image.
I've started refining the character, and fixed his pose, I'm still considering the levels of transparency of his movement, so this is only the final pose.
09-23-2005, 07:16 PM
There is still a progress in your concept and it comes out better every time:thumbsup: . I like especially the movement with the light...I'm curious of your next updates.
09-23-2005, 08:27 PM
This is a stunning rendering Claudio. Each update brings you further I think.
How do you do that nice glow/bloom effect? What renderer?
I've been spending some time figuring out how to do something similar - but without luck so far. This is really inspiring
09-24-2005, 05:28 PM
very cool...you are one Cool Artist:thumbsup:
09-24-2005, 06:27 PM
Thank you Claudio. Good luck with your work, your last update looks good!
09-24-2005, 07:24 PM
Hi Claudio... I think you've possibly got one of the most seductive and intriguing images in this challenge growing here... Each time I visit, my curiosity grows and my surrealism meter goes off the scale! Just keep Rokkin the way you are mate:buttrock:
09-24-2005, 08:07 PM
Thanks for your comment on my work. Good luck to you too.
09-25-2005, 08:32 AM
daWinky - I'm glad you liked this update, I was searching for the right ambience for the scene... and because I think it's too dark, I've made another one, witch I'll be posting in a minute!
Gunilla - Thank you, thank you, thank you :) well, that glow is nothing much... just a spot light, Lightracer, and a little Blur, no special renderers needed.
Oh, of course I've pass it through Photoshop... and thanks once again :)
3rd user / apocryph - Thank you very much guys.
DaddyMack - Wow friend... I'm speechless with all that kind words... thank you very much.
mosquito718 - You don't have to thank me, you work deserves that! Thanks!
09-25-2005, 08:48 AM
I like more this ambience then the previous update.
I've added the other movements of the character to have a better idea of the final effect and the levels of transparency needed!
09-25-2005, 09:05 AM
Even the concept is not clear to me, I like your picture and find them spectacular. So just
09-25-2005, 09:33 AM
I like very much your idea, even though development is rather strange on your last update, I find that one does not distinguish enough the black profile of the shape.
Good continuation for the continuationI am really curious to see the final
09-25-2005, 09:42 AM
I don't understand concept too , but your image dont' need it , it's look spectacular!!! good job!
09-25-2005, 10:21 AM
hey, spectacular loook...and thats enough!:D nice job,i like the mood and colors....
09-25-2005, 10:34 AM
nice idea! i wonder how this will come out.
I love your last update ! Very nice picture, very impressive too!
09-26-2005, 09:24 AM
Hum! I'm beginning to be a little concern with my work, since some of you don't seem to understand it.
What I want to do, it's not simple I know, but... I want to capture the moment when a spirit sprunged out from the body of a man in a higher level of meditation, I also want to show the two parts of that spirit, half good and half evil... the most complicated thing is that I want to show this, as if it was captured by a stroboscopic camera, to achieve an image like this:
I hope this helped to understand a bit more what I intend to do, and if you have any suggestions... they're all welcome!
Thanks to all of youl.
09-26-2005, 09:44 AM
well, my suggestion is you forget 'bout the half good half evil thing, it's probably too much :)
i liked your first images better than your latest ones.
or maybe you could give weight on either evil or good, and then make the other half INSIDE the dominant spirit-thingy. For example if you choose good, then there would be that angel like being witch would have some kind of demon lurking inside. I think that would be cool, also to express that everyone has a dark side hidden somewhere...
09-26-2005, 05:39 PM
Hello coCoKNIght, thank you very much for your suggestion... less is more right?
I'm gonna do some experiments on that.
The difference of color/texture on the two halfs should be enought to understand the all idea, and besides, evil as a twisted/subtle way to reveal itself. Thanks.
09-27-2005, 01:24 AM
Pretty Image Good Lock
09-27-2005, 08:54 AM
I think this version helps to understand a bit more the movements of the character. What do you think?
09-27-2005, 10:46 AM
ah, yeah, that definatly gives a better idea on what you're aiming at. looking better again :)
09-27-2005, 10:55 AM
Yes - this will be much clearer conceptwise - also looks really beautiful already
09-27-2005, 11:06 AM
Another one very beautiful... in fact, I don't know what give you as councils... for me, all these pictures are very pleasant to see... always more an more pleasure... for that thanks Jordao
09-27-2005, 11:07 AM
Wow, really nice ambience :)
Before the last post I was wondering where you were going. But now that's clear, and it seems really good to me:thumbsup:
09-27-2005, 12:55 PM
hei ! yup the last one rulez! a very nice feel to it there! did miss some cool progress here though!
09-27-2005, 05:18 PM
This looks quite original and preety much spectacular.
I wonder if you're into Psychology,
it looks like you got inspiration from the inkblot test?
Any case, nice modelling, nice face and my good luck wishes.
Also your lighting is surely spectacular.
Are you using SSS? What renderer?
09-27-2005, 05:41 PM
One well feels movement, image becomes really legible now:thumbsup:
09-27-2005, 11:00 PM
Not only your work is original and interesting as images, but the concept truly stands out from the crowd on this challenge!
I think that the last one is great in the way it captures the movement (the best so far in my opinion). And the simplicity helps in this case.
I will keep visiting this thread and wait for developments! Nice work.
09-28-2005, 09:21 AM
This is one of the greatest concept I saw in this contest until now. It's simple and compex int the same time. It has something to say.
09-28-2005, 10:41 AM
Hello guys, you're the best!
pipiritruiqui - Thanks, I'm glad you like it, hope to see you often :)

You're allowed to hit me with your critics whenever you want to.
Gunilla - My dearest friend :) thank you very very much.

Lemog - Oh come on Lemog! You're just saying that, this is nothing compared to the work you've been doing!
I'm really glad to give you pleasure!... ahahah! this does'nt sound very good does it? :)
Anyway, you've got the picture.
Thank you very much friend.
david.mig - Hello, thanks for stoping by... I want to keep this ambience, but I'm studing some variations and some other elements, I'll try to post then soon. Thanks.
yunisirees - Hello mate... always nice to see you here, your image is the one that rulez :) What a great job you're doing, one of my favorites.
You're always welcome, thanks.
Spin99 - Thanks mate... I appreciate very much.
No, I'm not into Psychology, but I like very much all that as to do with Parapsychology, the
Subconscient, Religion an the Spiritual world... I find it all very inspiring.
Very interesting the link you've made to the Rorschach inkblot test, very interesting indeed, cause I have'nt... but I could, in fact... I think I'm gonna do some experiments on that.
I guess this is one of the images that inspired me most:
No SSS, for the mean time, and I'm using mental ray :)
I'm truly thankful friend. Good luck for you too.
ChrisD01 - Cool, I'm happy that you all understand it now :) thanks.
Matadŏr - Boas... :bounce: ...até q enfim um Português. Tb estás no concurso?
I appreciate very much your kind words friend.
I guess simplicity is always a plus... well, in some cases!
Thanks alot. Obrigadão.
Simovici - I... I... I don't know what to say :) thank you very much!
09-28-2005, 05:06 PM
How is your unwraping progress?
It goes slow - but I'll get there :) How's your going? Got started yet? I got some great advice from Gilles - check my thread if interested. ... and I actually enjoy it, kind of meditative - but it's good we have plenty of time. :D
09-28-2005, 05:13 PM
Wow, it's getting more interresting.
09-30-2005, 03:08 AM
Another kool update, it is interesting to see all the different approaches you are trying out. It is quite the wrestling match you are having with your inner selves, should be fun to see which one breaks out. :-)
09-30-2005, 03:17 AM
Good idea, maybe some gradient to give that sensation of movement that you said.
10-01-2005, 06:17 PM
coCoKNIght - Thanks alot friend, you gave me a great help.
You're allowed to hit me with your critics whenever you want to.
thanks, but you gotta do an update first! :wip: :scream:
10-01-2005, 06:27 PM
Very abstract concept here... looks imposing
10-02-2005, 02:50 PM
Os meus favoritos até agora são o #24 e o #38, mas, independentemente da forma final, eu já gosto muito da luz.
10-02-2005, 03:26 PM
subsurface scattering ! hehe boa sorte!
10-03-2005, 09:02 AM
Hey people, thank you all so much... I'm so full with work that I even don't have time to thank you the way you all deserve. But I'll be back, I hope... maybe today!
10-08-2005, 04:33 PM
Hey Claudio! You're not giving up on this, are you? We're all patiently awaiting your updates ...:wip:
10-10-2005, 09:52 AM
Hello Gunilla, I think the time has come for an update... a little one, but that's what I've manage to do with the time I had.
10-10-2005, 10:49 AM
Hello Gunilla, I think the time has come for an update... a little one, but that's what I've manage to do with the time I had.
With you, it's never "a little one", because it's always a very good thing for our eyes... come on Claudio :bounce:
10-10-2005, 02:42 PM
At last, I found some time to go on with this!
Here is the result of my first adventure in the "Unwraping World".
There's still alot of painting to do, but I've been promising you an update... so...
Thanks for all the great support guys... I'm gonna try to post some modeling upgrades too.

Ooya Claudio... This is by far your most stunning image yet... I find your work most original and inspiring and you've added nicely to the contents of my 'bent' folder... thanks:bowdown:
10-12-2005, 09:19 PM
...I find your work most original and inspiring ...
i couldnt agree more!! :bounce::bounce:... cheers man!
10-12-2005, 11:25 PM
I get the concept but have no idea where you will go with it... It is both beautiful and facinating thus far.
10-13-2005, 03:38 AM
• Extrange.....and cool!
10-13-2005, 06:00 AM
That model is looking great-brilliant interpritation of your idea and your are succeeding in getting it accross in my opinion.
Keep up the good work.
10-13-2005, 07:00 AM
the morphing looks very spectacular to me. impressive work. keep it up...
10-13-2005, 07:04 AM
Love this update - you're truly on your way to something stunning and unique here, just keep going
10-13-2005, 08:32 AM
Hi. realy interesting style. waiting for more.you will need some light fog.good luck man.....
Hi claudio! your work is going wonderful! I like all that movement in the scene, it looks so different from what we usually see on the threads! keep it up!
10-14-2005, 11:02 AM
Wow one of the cooler concepts around, I really like the surrealism in it, modelling's also very nice and detailed. Lighting looks like it's still work in progress though, (maybe because it actually is!:scream: ) Nice work all around!
10-20-2005, 10:24 AM
God damn... I can't find the time to do this.
And I guess I'm starting to question the all thing... I still haven't found the best way to pass the main idea of a dual-spirit-within.
Well... I'll be back... I hope.
Amazing work! nice work man i love your idea is looking good.
10-26-2005, 04:35 PM
Hello guys... I found some time to work on this, so here's another update.
I hope you like it.
10-27-2005, 09:48 AM
Refining the head...
The angular way or aspect is very good... maybe better for me than the next image... certainly due to the render type... but I love that...
10-27-2005, 11:09 AM
Wow! I like this last update a lot! It's visually stunning and also clearer for your original idea!
Very good, now continue
10-27-2005, 12:01 PM
Man...not only a very unique theme...but also very impressing research on this...in all 8 pages the renders u post as progress or wips are so ...artistic...I really hope u post many different angles when u have your final image ready...:bounce: . Good God ...how did i miss this thread? :banghead:
10-27-2005, 12:31 PM
This is a great update, I love the look and the mood of it:thumbsup: . Keep on to surprise us with stunning updates:bounce: !
10-27-2005, 11:00 PM
The idea and the image looks very unique, great stuff man, and best of luck. and the face looks nice and stylised.
10-28-2005, 10:37 AM
Lemog - Hey friend... you know, I didn't care much about the face cause we won't see it that big, his face is not important what's important is his poses along time, from the initial state where he's sited on a chair... to the final pose when he spread his wings (his arms) and started to fly, revealing the two sides of his innerself. Thanks friend.
Gunilla - I'm so glad you liked this... I'm trying to continue, I really am... but my daylight work, my course of "Combustion" every night, and my new short-film are killing me :) Heeeelllllpppp!!! Thank you very much friend.
Dimitris - Ahahah, it's never to late my friend, I'm very glad you came, and I hope you like my next updates that I'm trying to do :) See you.
daWinky - Thank you very much Sabrina, you are doing such a beautiful work, I love it.
hhssuu - Hey man, thanks. As I said to Lemog back there... I didn't care much about the face cause we won't see it that big... What's important is his physical expression, and even that it's kind of hard to show, because a spirit is made of energy it has no body no sheel, it's completly free. And that is what I feel it's still missing here. Thanks.

• I love the strange design, it looks like from inside a shell, or a pair of wings, good Job Claudio

Climax - Thanks my friend... it seems like your understood exactly what I meant to do with this... I want this to be something that looks like something else... a shell, or a pair of wings! Cool... I'm in the right way then :)

11-04-2005, 03:48 PM
Well your work is most unordinary from all I saw here claudio, ;) awesome, not to mention that it doesn't look 3d, it's like painting, interesting colors, I couldn't even name them... like yelow green? Nice perspective btw, Good luck, I'm trying to imagine the final... neah.. I couldn't guess...
11-09-2005, 01:33 PM
tap, tap, tap - Hey Claudio! You're no thinking of quitting are you?
We're all waiting for what will happen here next
11-14-2005, 06:34 PM
Hello... I guess I'm still alive!
I might have something to show you tomorrow or so... damn... I've passed through some hard times.
Working all day, studying Combustion every night... fortunately it's over now, and in every "free" time left trying to develop my candidature to a financial support of my new short-film... whitch I ended today.
Jesus... I'm dead. I'm going to sleep now. I don't wanna give up on this, but... ufff!... I'll try to do my best.
11-14-2005, 06:52 PM
I do hope you'll find the time to finish this one up, Claudio... Haven't gotten around to comment much on it before, but now I'm all idle and have a chance to really look around on all entries.
As usual, you're creating something entirely unique. The organic feel of small things/limbs together in this wing-like shape... it's quite mesmerising, and the very tangible lighting and distinct colours make it even more so. It's great, yet a bit difficult to understand - hence excellent. Still some time left, so I really really hope you'll make it!
11-14-2005, 06:59 PM
ur updates dazzel my eyes everytime i see! very unique and just looks awesome!
cheers ! :bounce: :bounce: ! finish it .. i hope :)
11-18-2005, 11:40 PM

11-18-2005, 11:42 PM
Or this one?
11-19-2005, 12:10 AM
I like the second one more...more contrast and more live in my humble opinion...So spectacular and unique image...
11-19-2005, 12:17 AM
hmm i like the second one too! but the floor of the first one is better i think! :)
11-19-2005, 12:21 AM
11-19-2005, 12:35 AM
I like it, looks nice, I really don´t know what it is but I like it.. :) Nice design.. good luck
11-19-2005, 07:52 AM
Both looks super but if I have to choose it's the second for me too - it has a nice painterly feel which makes it glow even more - stunning really!
I'm happy to see you continue with this
11-19-2005, 08:40 PM
Thanks for all your comments guys.
Here's a little explanation of the scene.
11-21-2005, 10:21 AM
Very very interesting....
Nice feel-mood going on here!
11-22-2005, 06:12 PM
After re-modeling some parts of my character and re-texturing others, this is pretty much how it will look, I still have to work a bit more on the light... so, this is what I have for now!
11-22-2005, 08:59 PM
Wow this is cool... I really like this kind of 3D picture.:scream:
11-23-2005, 12:53 AM
I love the mood in that light!
11-23-2005, 06:30 AM
Always lot so much your art and this project, particulary with these tones and kind of lighting... but now, just one thing disturb me... the photoshop effect is too much visible... that decrease the impact of your image, thah decrease your particular mood and feeling... and that come finally more technic... maybe something more near of your render can be more adapted...
just my thought Claudio...
11-23-2005, 02:38 PM
very original work and very good lighting !
keep it up !
11-29-2005, 08:16 PM
Well my friends... I think I'm almost done here.
Do you think I should submit the final image as it is... or are there any final suggestions?
11-29-2005, 09:02 PM
It's beautiful, really! You did it again ... a totally unique and very fascinating image. Go ahead, submit it and be proud
11-30-2005, 05:24 AM

12-01-2005, 02:48 PM
Oh, yes, this one has more depth. That warmer color worked out great.
12-01-2005, 02:54 PM
I like the light feeling and the structure.
Good Luck, my friend!
12-02-2005, 12:21 PM
You know it's very subjective with this really intelligent style of art to say which is best. As I look back on your updates I'm really amazed by the process you follow to make your art. Maybe it's not one single image but the whole series of images that start to reveal the "inner You". Your journey through this challenge is definitely spectacular!
12-03-2005, 07:13 PM
Well my friends, here it is... my final image.
And here is what happened:
... and then, something very strange happened, something I can't quite describe.
I was hit by a very bright light, and I... I don't even know from where it came man, it just hit me... and it.. it got me paralysed, I couldn't move, I tell you, I was completely stuck!
All I can say is that I was still sited you know... I... I... I.. I knew I was... I could still feel the ground under my feet, yet... I.. felt like... I was floating you know, like on water or in some kind of gravitational absence... I don't know!
I... I was floating above my body, that's for sure... and my arms, God, that was strange!... I felt like my arms were rising up to the sky... like, like if I was trying to fly away or escape or something... they were rising and stretching and deforming like some kind of... fluid... or energy... or... damn!
And then I... I felt my body... or soul... or spirit... was starting to divide... I mean... I felt like I was being splited in two halfs... one that seemed to be pure, and... full of light, and the other was.. viscuious and dark and... and... and they were... struggling! I guess, with one another, and... I... don't know exactly why, but I... it seemed like... I guess they were... it seemed like they were fi... fighting for... something!... they were, fighting!... for... for... me!... for the... Inner-Me!

Well, now that it's over, it's time for the traditional list of special thanks right? :)
It might seem that I'm joking or something, but honestly guys... all your critics and suggestions and even the moments that I received none, all that contribute to increase in me the will to do more and better, maybe it's nothing much, but I fell proud of my work every time I get to share it with you, knowing that with your help I'll always learn more and more and more.
For all that, I would like to thank to all these teachers:
Good luck to all of you, and see you in the next lesson.
12-13-2005, 02:01 AM
