I am working on an animation right now (see my signature) and I have hand animated the hair. However I want to add procedural anim on top of that and I wanted to make the tails into softbodies. I go to create softbody, set the "duplicate, make copy soft" and I turn on the "make non soft a goal". I then go to paint softbody weights but I can't change those weights even if I click on "flood"... I can't even set them to 0 . However I AM able to change them in the component editor.
Does anybody know what's wrong? Can I solve it or should I go the component editor way?
