Wow! Thanks a lot friend !

09 September 2005, 09:59 PM
It's looking stunning so far. Nice colors and detail. And acheived so quickly, too! Is the city going to be the backdrop for something spectacular happening, or is the city all by itself the spectacular event?

Good luck (and slow down, you're making the rest of us look bad! :) )

09 September 2005, 12:53 AM
wow... nice....

09 September 2005, 07:45 PM
Hi Pierrick. I want to give you my opinion. you have your own Style and thats its great, but in my opinion your perspetive and colors are COOL.... but i just only 1 thing. Depth!. Your entire scene have the same intensity of light and the floor wheres that girl, don't recived a warm color. I think you can put some yellow color in the floor.

Thats all. I wish you luck.

xbo :scream:

09 September 2005, 05:57 PM
looking great, keep it up. Nice contrast and colors.

09 September 2005, 06:36 PM
Good use of color and great angle!

09 September 2005, 10:38 PM (

Thanks for your precious comment !
I have tried to add a bit more depth to my picture.

I have tried to detailed some parts. I don't know where to start!
I want to show on each litlle part of that pic, a really lot of details. Soo... that will be quite long ...

73 days left ... time is with me! I have to be patient.

Thx everybody to keep a watch on there !

09 September 2005, 01:51 AM
alil more and ur done with it~haha, keep it going mate~u have great compositional and color sense here, lov the graphical approach.

09 September 2005, 06:45 AM
Hi! Your work produced a great impression on me! The very interesting foreshortening! I'd like to find myself in her place!
Good luck!

09 September 2005, 07:49 AM
Outstanding work!

09 September 2005, 08:50 AM
Interesting to see what you do next here, great looking stuff so far!

09 September 2005, 03:47 PM (

Here is a version with a bigger angle, more details. ^^

09 September 2005, 04:01 PM
I think this is a great composition:thumbsup: Nice design.. it does look like an explosion of some kind instead of a sunset (which I thought it was supposed to be). Also, wondering whats going on with the vehicle in the corner. Is it flying? or is it a car jumping off a bridge or something else?

09 September 2005, 05:19 PM
Good decisions to flip the image and zoom out a bit!

09 September 2005, 08:42 PM
Hmm.. while the idea and the process r fantastic, I cant say that the fliping is a good idea. Coz most of ppl r reading (text and images) from left to right, so should be the direction of that motor going out of the pic (going to the right side as previously). but its only my opinion! :) And I think that right now, there is a bit too much empty space in the right side, I would crop it a bit on a right. once again my opinion... u just keep up that great work u r doing!

09 September 2005, 03:06 PM
Slt mec , chai pas si tu te rapelle de moi ^^ enfin.
Bon taff pour le début , continue comme ca;)

09 September 2005, 05:07 PM
awesome, n spectacular:bounce:

09 September 2005, 05:59 PM
What can I say? This sketch just looks... spectacular ;)
Very nice futuristic style and, in my opinion, you have done the right thing flipping the image.

10 October 2005, 10:06 PM (

Here is a 100% part of my pic... A bit long to detailed :)

Bye !

10 October 2005, 10:11 PM

10 October 2005, 02:32 AM

10 October 2005, 06:52 AM
Greetings Pierrick! :) I very much like your work the space, color in general super is felt  Dynamics this city of the future has really grasped me

Yours faithfully LexLe :)

10 October 2005, 08:02 AM
That is alot of detail, dude great piece so far, colors are fabulous, just keep at it, holla!

10 October 2005, 07:45 PM
oh my God !! keep up the good work man! this is spectacular.. it's breathtaking..really and the girl adds the grain of life needed in the picture..what can i say..the colors are perfect..the dynamic angle gives me the chills and i can only imagine how it will look when you add detail..good luck man!:buttrock:

10 October 2005, 08:18 AM
This is really looking fantastic, errr I mean Spectacular! I mean it!

The only piece of advice I offer is about the foreground girl in red. I would suggest a different pose, maybe close the legs, as a girl with that short of a skirt would probably stand, or just how women in general stand.

But seriously that was all i found that bothered me, and that is just my 2 cents.

Keep it going!

10 October 2005, 09:56 PM (

No post for a long time... I was very busy !

Anyway, the picture come back with more definition, detail and element!

Hope you like it !

Time to have a look around to see what you have done !! ;)

10 October 2005, 11:11 PM
Cool painting and colors!

11 November 2005, 09:35 AM
Strong sense of dynamism, and your city is really beautiful.
I regret only that we don't see the bike as much as before.
Anyway keep it up, man !

11 November 2005, 01:32 AM
You are good! i like it a lot! Congratulation!!!

Good luck!

11 November 2005, 09:22 AM
Very effectively and dynamically! I very much like color of your work!

11 November 2005, 09:49 AM
Wow impressive work, nice depth there..

11 November 2005, 11:34 PM (

More people, more vehicle and details ...

Thanks a lot for your comments everybody !!

11 November 2005, 11:37 PM
The whole picture for the moment ...

11 November 2005, 02:15 AM

great work, bombastic set with an amazing power and fantastic and brilliant work on the light and the details. Insane bombastic! keep on rocking!

11 November 2005, 10:26 PM (

Some new idea ...

It's more poetic. I think i prefere that way. Anyway, i have to wait some days to decide. ^^

11 November 2005, 03:05 AM
Oh wow... I wish I could draw cityscapes like that... the colors are what really draw me in, though. Overall it's really amazing!

11 November 2005, 10:57 AM
Hey Pierrick, this looks fantastic! I like style, colors and details very much. Group of characters looks great :applause:

11 November 2005, 08:13 PM
 amazing Work Pierrick....

Such a lot of detail and atmosphere and yet the style is still quite loose close up.

The only small thing which may help (and this work is so good, I don't think it needs it), is as the piece is so busy, you could add a little mist / fog as you get further away, just to seperate foreground from the rest of the image. But then the chaos and detail really helps with the intensity and atmosphere, so maybe I'm talking rubbish.

Great work and sorry I didn't come across it sooner :applause:

11 November 2005, 08:52 PM
:scream: It is time to finish work! So it is already too beautiful! :)

11 November 2005, 04:31 AM
nice very nice i like beautiful images like this ,

good work

11 November 2005, 03:32 PM
Awesome work man :D You're one of the potential winners in this contest already, as far as I can see. Love how the sun hits the cityscape, creating what seems to be two different times of day. I'm just not sure about those stars and moon hanging by a thread... Or maybe it's just not finished yet. Eitherway, this is truly spectacular

11 November 2005, 07:22 PM
It looks amazing.. I wont mind if u will keep it that way till the end :) Really good choice of bringing the green color to the image as well!

11 November 2005, 09:31 PM
caresseh >> Great thanks !

rawwad >> Thanks ! I will probably work more on the characters during the few final day.

MrFreeman >> That' s an excellent idea ... I have hesitate to put some cloud/fog but finally, i have done it. It's on the next stage !

Sergey Banityuk >> Thanks a lot Sergey ! Your picture is amazing !! i really like the way you have coloured it !! And the idea is magic and poetic... i like it !!

lynch >> Thanks to you !!

ahbeejieh >> Thanks a lot ! That idea of the stars and the moon have poping out my head. I found the idea original and a bit poetic ... It reminds me some things to make sleeping baby. And the contrast between it and the real element i put in the scene looks interresting for me. A bit magic !

NinjaASSN >> Yeah thanks !! The green touch is there to show a bit of nature and "hope" in that futuristic scene. Although all is artificial, some "piece" of nature are always there to show a kind of respect of nature. In the next step, it will be some blue flowers in the foreground right in the grass.
And Green touch is good to equalize the red intensity ! :lightbulb

Liberty, peacefull and respect !! So good to think about it ... :)

11 November 2005, 05:11 PM
Thats some crazy ass colours you got there. I simply luv it... and all the details... makes me dizzy :]

11 November 2005, 12:44 PM
amazing colors ! Some more details and it would be very good !

11 November 2005, 09:19 PM
beautifully done pierrick, most definately starting to look complete

11 November 2005, 11:06 PM
Beautiful! I love how you handle the faces! You changed the girls pose though? I thought the original was more energetic/sexier! I think you should reconsider the change.......please. Great job, keep it up!

11 November 2005, 02:34 AM
Awsome work, it has a nice Sid Mead fantacy world feel.

11 November 2005, 12:22 PM are going to kill us with this is so:drool:  good luck :deal:

11 November 2005, 09:26 PM
