Nice characters...reminds me of Sky Captain but that's never a bad thing ;)

I love the design! Retro futuristic is always cool. :)
Maybe the image should be zoomed out a bit? Or maybe have more in the background?

maybe a lower camera angle would add to the 'Spectacular'..?

Robin thats coming along nicely. Now that I finaly sorta get what the theme is about for this contest, I can difinitly see this as being spectacular. You know me, always a fan and friend. Cant wait to see how you work this one out. Great work, beleive it :thumbsup:

yeah,retro-like mecha always looks pleasing to me~i like the steam/ gas bursting randomly into the entire scene:)

Hi! Looks like there gonna be some kick-ass action in this piece. That big creature is looking very interesting and the colours are looking delicious. I love to see how this will turn out. Keep up the good work dude!:bounce:

Looks very spectacular, even tho it's such a rough sketch. I'd like to see some buildings or background to get an idea of the scale..

Thanks for the replies, people. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be using this concept, as the characters and the story are being used for a project I'm currently working on. I've got some other ideas that I'll sketch out as soon as I get a chance. :-) Good luck to everyone!
