I finally decided to get off my butt and finally do something. This is a very, very rough compostional gesture. Hopefully I will get some more refined concepts up soon. As well as a another rough composition with some simple 3D shapes.

Some more very, very rough stuff from me again. I know it's still kind of hard to tell what's going on, but this is actually going to turn into a battle scene of sorts in the night sky as seen from the point of view of a bystander on the ground below.

not much to see, not much to say yet. So everything is still open for a great concept and a spectacular image. Good luck!:)

This is some ideas I put to paper for the airship in my image. I'd say it is a combination of the Hindenburg, Captain Nemo's Nautilus, and a WWII Liberator class bomber (the little bubbles here and there are gunner ports). I'm still not too sure about the back half of this monster, but I think I will play around with some ideas in the modeling of it.
Thanks for the early well-wishes. Next update should be a model of one of the building fronts.

okay, here is the first building that I promised oh so long ago. I'm really glad that I opted for a fairly simple image; there is still a slight chance I may actually complete it in time.
This will be a night scene, so the primary light on the buildings will be in the form of a few street lamps out of frame below. Most of this building will not be seen in the image, but I went ahead and made a whole building in case I needed some in the future, I would have some extras ready to go.

Pretty much the same comments apply here as to my prior building update.

Nice start on building model dude:thumbsup: the concept is not that clear to me yet, but from the concept sketch it appears to be interesting, all the best dude:thumbsup: Keep going, waiting to see more:bounce:
