i just rigged, skinned and painted the weights of a character with blendshapes already associated to its face.
the problem is that when i move/rotate its face and activate one of the blendshapes, the weights information alters itself, resulting in a messed up mesh with completly different weights information from the ones i painted. I tried flooding the weights to a single joint and it worked (when i moved, the blendshapes worked correctly) but when i painted the weights of a single joint, that again makes weird weight information.
I could really use a bit of help guys.
