I just start to work on a concept about in a time which is dragons and peoples live together ... one day warriors go up and catch a dragon and bring it to weapon maker ... they was think it is dead but it isn't dead ... when it is wake up ? here the scenes :

I think you mean I'm not dead yet and what has that to do with your thread, i think you should have inked your sketch, so it's easier to see. The story is ok, but i don't really can see where you are heading with your idea.

Right now the image seems really flat, If you were to add some shade and shadow under him that would help out, Try to define you light source first. After that you can determine where to to lay your shade and shadows and cast shadows. Hope this helps a bit, holla!

Thanks a lot , it would help :) I will add some more shadows and lighting

Wow you have been working hard on this. I agree some more shading would help. Also play around with the colors the different browns don't seem to be working well together. So textures would be nice too. Keep going.

Thanks for the comment Euphrosyne :) I can't do what I want exactly with mouse ... I can't give details exactly but sure I will add some more things ... I will never use Line Tool again >_>

actualy I'd rather see it as a flat piece without shading. Like the old style chinese works. very flat but beautifull.

Thanks for the comment CodeNothing . I am glad to see you like it

Here I add some more things :)

Wow, you did all that with a mouse. That's the pits. I hope that you can get a tablet on day. It sure makes life a lot easier for us. I really like this, you might try making some new layers and playing with the colors.

Thanks ^_^ Yes I did it with mouse , that was very hard ... I will not add more things to this .. I am tired because and I don't know a way to make it more beautiful , Thanks for all comments

codenothing makes a good point, that might actually work better for this particular piece, though i think we're all forgetting one thing about dragons...scales! lol or at least more of them, its a great piece, and like Euphrosyne said, some more textures would help out, i think you should play with the colors too, but if your content with the piece then so am i lol, good job!

Hi MG, I think it's comming along nicely, theres 1 thing that bothers me a little, its the fact that you can see all 4 rows of teeth, as if the dragons lower jawbone is twisted. (or the upper part of his head)

Oh I've been working with my mouse too with interesting results...not bad though...actually because I got used to sketching on the screen with the mouse...when I got my tablet...it was nothing.:)

I feel that you need to work on volume and shading here...I know it takes on the form of many cartoony styles... but it wouldn't help to make it a little bit more 3D.

Keep up the good work, Monster_General....and have fun with the mouse...challenging or not.

wow you're doing this with a mouse! That's AWESOME man. i wouldn't dream of attempting something like this without my tablet.

Really Impressive
