View Full Version : BF2: Project Reality seeking Texture Artists

08-07-2005, 07:39 AM
Dear All,

We are a mod team for the game Battlefield 2 and have been working together for over a year (since July 2004). As the name states, we are Project Reality ( http://www.realitymod.com ), a realism modification which also incorporates the British Military. We are a quality oriented team which is professional and dynamic. Some of us would like to enter the gaming industry, some of us do it for fun, but we all take it seriously :) Electronic Arts has also invited us to their closed events for preferred mod teams back in May. The bottomline being, we're here to stay.

At the moment we are still looking for a few texture artists to give some of our models a personality. Models range from Characters (i.e. link (http://img27.imageshack.us/img27/8660/pilot15ll.jpg) ), Weapons all the way to Vehicles (Apache Longbow (http://www.pintura3d.com/downloads/reality/apache_wip4.jpg), Challenger 2 (http://img301.imageshack.us/img301/9162/wipc2amar5he.jpg), Merlin Heli (http://img301.imageshack.us/img301/1425/wipmerlin12ka.jpg)). If you are only interested on working on 1-2 models (either you love the model or want a little more diverse portfolio work), this is fine too (so part-time or full-time, we understand work & family priorities). Some of our work up till now includes (a lot more in our Media Gallery - Forums):

If you are interested, do not hesitate to contact me via PM or E-Mail at requiem@realitymod.com (attachment or link to a portfolio would help). Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers :)

My apologies about this. If an admin can move it, by all means go ahead.

Haven't touched this thread in over half a year, so I hope a half-year plus bump is alright. We are still looking for some artists, texturing in particular. Animators & modelers are also welcome! Level of involvment is also up to you

Check out our homepage: http://www.realitymod.com , and click on Join PR for more info. My e-mail is requiem@realitymod.com, you can also PM me here if you wish :) Looking forward to hear from any interested...

Some images of our latest release which is going over very well in the bf2 world atm (custom items here are sniper rifle, binocs, little bird helicopter and SUV for our original VIP mode).
