View Full Version : Q: Lattice deformer Mirroring

How come a simple task can be so messed up in Maya?
I have a decent setap for a cartoony eye, using lattice deformer and all i want to do is to mirror the entire structure on the other side.

In the minute I mirror the entire group, the rotation axes for the eyelashes are in the same direction as the original ones, instead of being just in the opposite direction

If anyone knows how to correct this, please help me.

Here is what I did, actually:
I have one sphere, on wich I have two eyelashes. The eyelashes are rotated slightly. The entire mess is grouped, and it has a lattice deformer. Then again the entire mess is grouped together.

What am I missing?
