Well, I have posted a lot of critiques and things around here, but I haven't put up any of my own stuff because, well, I haven't done much recently. I have been having some troubles with the 3dsmax software, and I can't get back into it until I reinstall my OS, and that is a pain. But anyway, I felt left out so I dug through some older stuff to see if I could find anything that was worth posting. I didn't, but I'll post something anyway! This was my first real attempt at custom maps and UVW mapping. Textures done in photoshop, model in 3dsmax, rendering with the default scanline.

So let me know what you think. It's my turn to take the criticism, although I probably wont be posting any updates. Enjoy, I hope!:)

it seems you've tried to put every idea you had into one model. the design just doesn't look consistent right now. try changing the engine struts.

the textures have the same problem. the engines look like they've been scavenged from another ship, seeing as their coloring is completely different from the main hull.

i'm not trying to be mean, just a bit of critique :)

That's actually pretty accurate. And by all means, be harsh. :)
