I wasn't going to post this here but hell to it, I'm a Lightwave user so sod it, I made a LW 8.3 style GUI for Silo, This version is only 1024 768 but i will be doing other sizes.

That's an amazing piece of work Nu - I've yet to really start tinkering with Silo - this gives me a great excuse to dive in :D Nice one!

I hope you didn't make it too much like LW's default layout ... burying essential tools for box modeling such as Select Ring under View > Selection > More would defeat Silo's elegant and easily accessible toolset. ;)

Select ring is in the selection tab with all the other selection tools ?

Map it to one of your mouse buttons. Fast as hell to get to.

That's neat.
Every app should have this kind of flexibility (well, I don't know how difficult it was to achieve this gui), especially nowadays with everyone trying out different software. You could at least get up to speed quicker in an app not having to hunt for tools.
