View Full Version : maya iff in Shake 2.5

Hello All

I have a project I am compositing together in shake, and conducted a test composite while my frames were rednering and I ran into somewhat of a problem.

I rendered out a Color Pass,Matte Pass, and a Depth pass.

All the renders came out fine like they were suppost to but, when I loaded them into shake shake automatically matted the image, making there no need for a mask.

I rendered some balls, and cylinders on a some planes for wall/floor.

I rendered the planes as a Pass
Rendered the balls in a Color, Matte, and Depth pass.

pulled them all in to shake, and I had the background and all the balls. But when I went to layer the Bg and the Color, and the color layered over the background without the matte to delete the rest of the information in the image.

Does anyone know how I can solve this solution.
