this is my most favorite place in the whole world, much thanks!!!
i am brand new to lightwave and 3d modeling.
so i dug deep into the archives and found a bunch of tutorials and tips which will help me a bunch.
but i'm so thirsty so if you guys could post tutorial links for modeling and rendering on this thread for me and other newbie's life would be grand.
also recomended books would be good too, i bought a couple of books but thier to advanced for me right now.

For the book, I recommend "Inside Lightwave 7", available on Amazon.com
For the tutorials, here is a link :

well, if you are just starting in 3d, i do not recommend inside lightwave 7 because that book is for intermediate to advanced. Trust men, i made that mistake. I bought that book for 3ds max and i got stumped on som of the stuff they were trying to have me make.

inside LW is not from the same author as max and will do nicely for beginners. LW6.5 applied is good too..
