Hi folks

I want to composite a cg model into a pic from my digital camera

I was wondering if there is a way (with Vray) to render cg model and Vray softshadows

Well .. if no one understand I will put some renderings ...

Thanks in advance :)

3dsmax' matte/shadow material works fine with Vray 1.09b, no problem.

You can also use the VRay matte properties to get full GI and color bleed in your mattes.

You can find this in the object settings under the system rollout, or by adding a VRay material wrapper and adjusting the properties there. Keep in mind that some of the settings go from -1 to 1, not 0 to 1

Oh yes thanks a lot.
In fact I have tried that second solution and it works good :)

Thanks a lot for your input !
