I was trying hard and i failed. It was simply impossible for me to export a mesh 1:1 from MAX to XSI.
When using the DotXSI pluging, the mesh was completly destoyed, trying the demo version of Deep Exploration gave me better results, but the mesh was not exactly the same.
I also tired the max to obj plugin (http://www.habware.at/duck4.htm)

To get a low poly of the objects, mesh smooth and subdivision should be deleted.
